Return Policy:

1. Prior Approval with RMA# is required for all returns. 
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused/ unmarked and in a saleable condition.
3. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
4. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. 

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
2. Refunds will be issued in store credits, or the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. 
3. All sales items are refunds with store credits ONLY. 
4. After 14 days, any retuned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 
5. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
